For that, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu will be having a special Ramadan Buffet Dinner at Promenade Cafe starting from the 9th of April until the 12th of May 2021 between 6:00PM until 9:00PM. Horey! This year’s theme is called ‘Sungkai Puas-Puas. Bah!.’ where guests can enjoy our special buffet spread with a variety of Malay traditional flavours, Chinese cuisine, Western classics, live food stall stations with local food concepts.

For info, their Ramadan Buffet Dinner tagline ‘Sungkai Puas-Puas. Bah!.’ translates to a spread of over 200 items to satisfy your cravings. Our chefs will be relieving Malaysian kampung dishes such as ‘Nasi Briyani Kambing’, ‘Kari Kepala Ikan’, ‘Rendang Daging Kinabalu’, ‘Sambal Udang Petai’, ‘Kambing Masak Kurma’, ‘Sotong Bakar Sambal Minang’, ‘Ayam Masak Merah’, ‘Sate Ayam dan Daging’ and many more.

Additionally, savour our BBQ highlights of fresh seafood and meat. Guests can choose a variety of fresh seafood like tiger prawn, squid, clam, local fish, mussel, and many more and our chefs will put together the final touches to tantalise your taste bud.

Aside from that, feast on our special ‘Kambing Golek Bakar’ which is wholly grilled until perfection alongside home-made sauces of mint sauce, BBQ sauce, black pepper & mushrooms taking this dish to the next level.
