Over the Moon with Promenade's very own Mooncakes!

Assalamualaikum fellas! Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Wednesday, 15th August 2018 - Known for its range of exquisitely crafted Halal mooncakes, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu is proud to once again unveil its much-anticipated tapestry of unique flavours for this year's Mid-Autumn Festival. A total of 8 mooncakes and 3 mini crystal mooncakes officially launched by the hotel's General Manager Mr. Hafizan Wong at the hotel's Lobby Lounge.

Beside bring back the popular Musang King Durian Paste Mooncake, Mooncake aficionados will be more than delighted to enjoy 2 NEW flavours this year Pumpkin Yam available in both mooncakes and crystal mooncakes (Mini Crystal Durian Mooncakes, Mini Crystal Pumpkin Paste & Mini Crystal Yam Paste - all specially prepared by Dynasty Restaurant's team of Master Chefs led by Dim Sum Chef Arthur Chew Foo Chung (Only available at Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu).

This and the whole range of Promenade's mooncakes are halal, with less sugar and minimum preservatives. Therefore, it's best refrigerated. Beside selling our mooncakes here in Kota Kinbalu, we will also be making them available at Promenade Hotel Tawau and Promenade Hotel Bintulu.'' said Mr. Hafizan Wong.

The launch was witnessed by Senior Citizens from the Senior Day Care Centre of Kota Kinabalu's Widows Welfare Association (SDCC-KKWWA) and friends from the media fraternity followed by a sumptuous lunch and mooncake tasting.

''We've specially invited aunties from SDCC-KKWWA whom we believe will appreciate Chinese Festive Gathering such as our Mooncake tasting today. All guests in attendance were each given a miniature box of mooncakes in this year's aesthetic Mooncake box available in orang and red.

Promenade's Mooncakes will be on sale until the actual Mooncake Festival Day (or while stocks last) on Monday, 24th September 2018 from 10am - 8pm at the Mooncake Sales Counter in the Hotel Lobby and from 8pm - 10pm at Dynasty Restaurant (Ground Floor).
